ok It's not exactly a house it's only a 1 bed flat. I thought it was such a big achievement buying property overseas where I've only been working for less than 4 years and on my own too. It was so scary and daunting and stressing process. But now since I am so close to settlement (23rd December) it doesn't seem such a big deal anymore, guess I am just over it.
And now I have the rest 30 years of my life to pay it off!
